Ken Schultz - REALTOR®

Ken has been building homes for over 35 years.  Although new to the resale side, he is not new to selling homes or negotiating deals.  Not only has he sold the homes he has built, but he has negotiated countless sales while working for other local and National Builders. In 2006, he had the opportunity to both live and work in Ford's Colony.  In addition to joining Ford’s Colony Realty, he is a home builder and has worked as both a consultant and project manager for other builders.
