Alex Saless - Office Manager

Alex is originally from Germany. After graduating from the International University of Applied Sciences Bonn with a dual degree in Business Management she moved to the US and started her career in convention management. From 2006 until 2021 Alex organized the annual ITB Berlin Convention, which is part of the world’s leading travel trade show. The convention is a 3 day event consisting of over 150 events, 400 speakers and attracts 25,000 trade visitors. 

Ready for a change, Alex joined Ford’s Colony Realty as the Office Manager in the summer of 2022.

Since moving to Williamsburg in 2014 Alex was able to make her childhood dream of owning a horse come true. She now lives on a small horse farm with her husband Pete, their two kids, her mare Cher and three barn cats. 

Outside of the office, Alex loves to take pictures using natural light only, she specializes in family, couples, seniors, children and maternity photography.
